Winter 2021 update

Just because we’re at home, doesn’t mean the learning stops!  And neither do the ways to help our students.

The biggest news from the Greendale Education Foundation during our Safer-at-Home time is a $6,000 Grant awarded to the Greendale Elementary Schools to provide new books for the schools’ guided reading libraries to help reflect the diversity of our school communities.

The money will be divided by school size, and committees are already hard at work discovering new and exciting books for our students to read that will also help our students see themselves and their personal situations in their selections.

The Greendale Education Foundation is proud to be helping the Greendale School District continue the (needed) journey towards equity that our school district has embarked upon,

As always, from the bottom of my heart, thank each and every one of you who has supported the Greendale Education Foundation in its mission to support the students, staff, and schools in Greendale.
